When tickets are added to Apple Wallet, the pass data is stored on the customer's device. Apple's privacy policy applies to data stored in Apple Wallet.
Apple Wallet passes are issued through TicketPayGo's official Apple Wallet certificate, registered under an Apple Developer account. This means all passes display the TicketPayGo logo. It is not possible to use a custom logo or branding per event or organizer on the pass.
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Our website features an AI-powered chat assistant ("Upkyk Assistant") to help you with questions about TicketPayGo. The chat widget is optional and only activates after you explicitly accept the privacy notice shown in the chat window.
